Overview: To promote reading, cultivate habits from an early age, and foster both local and international exchange, the Ministry of Culture has drawn inspiration from countries with rich cultural traditions and thriving creative industries. In addition to organizing large-scale general book fairs, the Ministry is also dedicated to children’s and youth reading initiatives by hosting book fairs tailored specifically for younger audiences.
Starting in 2025, the Taiwan International Children and Youth Book Fair will be launched, targeting children, teenagers, parents, and all who love reading. The fair will be held in a different county or city each year, with the selected local government serving as the “Theme City.” A dedicated Theme City Pavilion will showcase the region’s publishing landscape and cultural identity.

In order to enter the exhibition or attend its events and lectures, you may need to make a reservation or purchase a ticket.
